Regents Legacy Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Regents Legacy
("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the undersigned user ("User," "you," or "your") as of the date of acceptance.
This Agreement governs your participation in the Regents Legacy family legacy banking,
education, and advisory platform (the "Program").
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The Program is designed to provide education, strategic guidance, tools, and access to financial
concepts related to family legacy banking, long-term wealth planning, intergenerational
strategies, and related services. The Program is educational and strategic in nature and does
not guarantee financial outcomes.
NO LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
User acknowledges and agrees that:
Regents Legacy does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice unless
explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.Any information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
Subscriber is encouraged to consult their own attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals
before implementing any strategy
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Users are granted access to the Program materials, resources, and services associated with
their selected subscription tier.
Access is non-transferable and limited to Users unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription fees, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout or in
accompanying materials.
PAYMENT, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Regents Legacy reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
CONFIDENTIALITY
User agrees to keep confidential any proprietary, non-public, or confidential information
disclosed through the Program, including but not limited to:
Educational materials
Frameworks, methodologies, templates, and strategies
Business processes and intellectual property
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are owned by Regents Legacy and protected by intellectual property
laws.
Subscriber may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works without written
consent.Limited, revocable, non-exclusive access is granted for personal or internal family use only.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
User understands that:
Financial outcomes vary based on individual circumstances.
Past performance or examples do not guarantee future results.
Regents Legacy makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes.
SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITIES
User agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Use the Program in good faith
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not misuse or misrepresent Regents Legacy or its materials
TERMINATION
Regents Legacy may suspend or terminate User access if Subscriber:
Violates this Agreement
Misuses Program materials
Engages in conduct harmful to the Company or other participants
Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Regents Legacy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by User in the prior twelve (12) months.
INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Regents Legacy from any claims, damages,
losses, or expenses arising out of Subscriber’s participation in the Program or breach of this
Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in
which Regents Legacy is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless
otherwise required by law.
MODIFICATIONS
Regents Legacy reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement. Continued participation
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
understandings.
ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling, engaging, or otherwise using the services in the Program, User acknowledges that
they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
